What started in one rented classroom in Delhi has grown into a movement of thousands of staff, volunteers and donors across 14 states.
Built by people who refused to wait.
In 2014, three teachers, a doctor and a social worker started after-school classes in a single rented room in East Delhi. They had 12 students and a stubborn belief that a child's pin code should not decide their future.
By 2018 we were a registered Section 8 company, running programmes in five states. By 2024 we had touched over a lakh lives — and we are still only beginning.
We are not a large NGO with deep marketing budgets. We are a tightly-knit team of educators, social workers, doctors and volunteers, funded almost entirely by individual donors and a handful of CSR partners who share our values.
